The A Room to Heal 5k Run & Walk is coming this Saturday at Otsiningo Park!
We are very excited to see all of you there. But we’ve been asked a great question:
“A Room to Heal, how do I prepare for the actual run itself?”
Fortunately, our good friends at Charity Walks Blog have helped us make this question really easy to answer.
- Figure out what the weather is going to be like.
- Wear comfortable shoes.
- Don’t forget to put on your number!
- Finally, grab a bottle of water (we’ll have those as well) and stay hydrated out there.
Do all of these things and your experience at Otsiningo Park should be great this Saturday.
